Jen Oliver believes in the power of our stories, ideas, and conversations. She is committed to elevating and amplifying a woman’s most authentic voice as an instrument of true transformation.

Jen is a natural at building community and holding space for people in a way that maximizes connection and inspires personal and professional growth. She founded Speaking REAL Communications on the belief that a strong communicational skillset is essential to our greatest happiness and success. In addition to private speaker coaching, Jen designs group workshops for in-person, retreat, and virtual settings.

Jen celebrates three seasons (and counting) as Executive Producer and Speaker Coach for TEDxFolsom, in addition to coaching for other U.S. based speaking events. With extensive experience that includes Toastmasters Intl. leadership, WomanSpeak™ Circle facilitation, keynote speaking and workshopping for a variety of organizations, plus training in the Fierce® Conversations method -

Jen hosts the Listen for REAL podcast, a unique corner of the pod-universe that serves as an "antidote to the echo chambers" that limit our perspectives. She is also the founder of REAL Voices Rising – a community currently in build-mode that equips women to find their truest voice and then speak, express, and connect from their REAL Self.
